As someone who enjoys being on the front line and directing and leading projects, you will enjoy the in class challenge of delivering video presentations on product and research development, analyzing business and designing business plans for your own product or service. You will have the opportunity to hone your communication and negotiation skills conducting interviews with actual customer service staff and developing improvement strategies for their business.
